Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a machine learning-based intelligent women security and threat detection framework for smart city environments. The framework integrates smart surveillance systems, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, wearable safety devices, GPS tracking, mobile applications, edge-cloud computing, and artificial intelligence techniques for real-time monitoring and threat detection. Data collected from surveillance cameras, wearable sensors, location services, environmental sensors, emergency communication systems, and historical security databases are analyzed using machine learning and computer vision models to identify suspicious activities, abnormal behavior, stalking, harassment, aggressive actions, and potential threats. The framework performs predictive threat assessment by combining spatial, temporal, and behavioral analytics to estimate risk levels before incidents escalate. Upon detection of a high-risk condition, automated alerts and emergency notifications are transmitted to guardians, law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and smart city control centers. Edge computing enables low-latency processing, while cloud infrastructure supports model training, analytics, and continuous optimization. The proposed framework improves women’s safety, enhances situational awareness, reduces emergency response time, and supports proactive public safety management in smart cities.
