Abstract: The present invention relates to a machine learning-based intelligent automation system for sustainable bioenergy, waste-to-energy conversion, and environmental management. The system comprises a plurality of sensors, a data acquisition module, a waste characterization module, a machine learning engine, an optimization module, an automated control module, an energy monitoring module, an environmental monitoring module, an anomaly detection module, and a predictive maintenance module. The sensors acquire real-time waste, process, energy, equipment, and environmental parameters. The machine learning engine analyzes historical and real-time data to predict energy generation, conversion efficiency, process conditions, equipment status, and environmental risks. Based on the predictions, the optimization and automated control modules dynamically regulate selected process parameters. The system further detects abnormal conditions, predicts maintenance requirements, monitors environmental parameters, and generates alerts or corrective actions. The invention provides an integrated, scalable, and data-driven platform for improving resource recovery, energy generation, process efficiency, waste management, and environmental sustainability.
