Abstract: Abstract The present invention relates to a machine learning-based driver behavior analysis system for continuously monitoring, analyzing, and predicting driver behavior using multimodal sensor information and artificial intelligence. The system comprises a data acquisition module configured to collect driver, vehicle, and environmental information, a preprocessing module configured to synchronize and extract behavioral features, a machine learning engine configured to classify driving behavior and predict hazardous driving events, a decision intelligence module configured to compute driver risk scores and generate adaptive safety recommendations, an alert interface configured to provide real-time visual, audible, and haptic warnings, and a communication module configured to exchange information with a cloud server for centralized analytics and continuous model retraining. The invention adaptively learns individual driving characteristics, detects fatigue, distraction, aggressive driving, and unsafe maneuvers, and provides predictive intervention before accidents occur.
