The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.
Abstract: The Machine-Learning-Based Colorimeter for Chemical Reaction End-Point Detection is a compact, portable, and intelligent system designed to automate the identification of titration endpoints using real-time image analysis. Traditional methods rely on manual visual observation of color changes, which are subjective and prone to inaccuracies due to lighting variations and human perception. This project addresses these limitations by integrating an ESP32-CAM module for image acquisition, controlled LED illumination for consistent lighting, and machine learning algorithms for accurate color interpretation. The system continuously captures images of the chemical solution, extracts RGB color intensity values, and analyzes them to detect endpoint transitions with high precision. By eliminating human dependency and improving repeatability, the proposed system enhances accuracy in chemical analysis and offers a practical alternative to conventional laboratory instruments. The system is suitable for academic laboratories, research environments, and fieldbased applications, with potential for future enhancements such as cloud integration and advanced predictive modeling
