Abstract: Abstract 5 10 15 The growing danger of toxic gas leakage in hazardous waste sectors has highlighted the critical need for sophisticated monitoring and early warning systems. When chlorine gas is discharged into the atmosphere, it may pose significant health and environmental risks. This research introduces a Machine Learning-Based Chlorine Gas Detection and Early Warning System that__aims to . enhance industrial safety via real-time monitoring-and intelligent- prediction. The system collects environmental data on chlorine gas concentration, air quality, temperature, and humidity using the MQ-136 Gas Sensor, MQ-135 Gas Sensor, and DHTll Sensor. A Raspberry Pi 4 Model B analyses sensor data using machine learning algorithms to detect anomalous gas concentration patterns and properly anticipate dangerous scenarios. The HC-05 Bluetooth Module offers wireless connection and remote monitoring by sending warning messages to neighbouring devices. The system utilises buzzer and display devices to enable quick detection, decreased false alarms, and instant emergency notifications. This clever technique improves hazardous waste safety, reduces industrial accidents, and enables effective environmental monitoring applications.
