Abstract: The present invention relates to a machine learning-based adaptive predictive maintenance system for industrial equipment configured to continuously determine equipment condition and predict developing equipment degradation using operational and historical information. The system comprises a data acquisition module, data validation module, operating-mode identification module, feature generation module, machine learning prediction engine, adaptive model management module, degradation trajectory estimator, maintenance decision engine, and maintenance communication interface. The data acquisition module receives information from sensors, industrial controllers, production systems, maintenance systems, and other equipment-related sources. The data validation module evaluates measurement reliability, missing information, sensor abnormalities, and data consistency, while the operating-mode identification module determines a current operating state of the monitored equipment. The feature generation module derives temporal, statistical, frequency-based, cross-sensor, and trend-related features from validated information.
