Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent patient health monitoring system integrating Internet of Things (IoT), physiological sensing, embedded processing, machine learning, remote monitoring, and automated alert generation. The system comprises a plurality of physiological sensors configured to acquire parameters including heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, body temperature, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and other physiological parameters. An embedded processing unit processes the acquired signals and an IoT communication module transmits the processed information to a local or remote computing platform. A machine learning analysis module analyses physiological and temporal features to generate an indicative patient health-state or risk indication. An alert generation module generates notifications when abnormal physiological patterns or potentially high-risk conditions are detected. A remote monitoring interface provides authorized healthcare personnel or caregivers with real-time measurements, historical trends, and detected events. The system provides continuous, automated, and remotely accessible monitoring and supports intelligent analysis of multi-parameter physiological information for healthcare applications.
