Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to the quantum physics and related product development thereof specifically related to luminescent markers. Preferably, the present disclosure relates to luminescent marker comprising semiconductor nanocrystal(s) having highly undulated nanocrystal(s), and a process of preparation thereof. Said nanocrystals having a high intensity, non-blinking, and non-flickering characteristics, along with a significant probability of multiexciton emission, render them strong candidates for use as fluorescent markers.
