Abstract: A luggage damage prevention device, comprising a rectangular frame 101 positioned in front of a vertical supporting unit of a conveyor unit, a pair of C-shaped members 102 is attached to the rear portion of the frame 101 via telescopic links 103 to secure the frame 101 with the supporting unit, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 detects the supporting unit, allowing the telescopic link 103 to extend and secure the frame 101 using electromagnets which generate a magnetic field, a proximity sensor detects luggage approaching the frame 101, triggering an air compressor 105 to inflate an inflatable unit for cushioning, an impact sensor detects force exerted by luggage, a pair of electromagnetically powered springs 106 to dissipate impact energy, a plurality of motorized cylindrical bodies installed on the lower frame 101 via a C-shape bracket 108 rotate to move stuck luggage, ensuring smooth passage on the conveyor.
