MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511023189 A) filed by Sanskriti University on March 15, 2025, for Luggage Bag Loading And Unloading Device For Transporting Vehicles.
Inventors include Dr. Sawan Kumar; and Dr. Gopal Arora.

Abstract: A luggage bag loading and unloading device for transporting vehicles, comprising a pair of rectangular members 101 placed on carrier portion of a transporting vehicle, a L-shaped hydraulic rods 102 interconnected with each other via a platform 103 to accommodate multiple luggage bags, an electromagnet for adhering the members 101 with carrier portion, multiple weight sensors to detect presence of the luggage bags on the platform 103, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 to monitor exact location of the bags, multiple motorized sliders having multiple motorized expandable clamps 105 to move and position the clamps 105 towards the bags for gripping and holding the bags over the platform 103, a robotic arms 106 to load the bags on the carrier portion, a tactile sensor to monitor the hardness of the bags.
