A corresponding component is releasably attachable to the shell and has the other of matching spaced-apart lugs (204, 1214, 1310, 1410, 1510) or recesses (212, 1216, 1314, 1414, 1420, 1514). Each of the lugs (204, 1214, 1310, 1410, 1510) contains a receptacle (216, 1220, 1312, 1412, 1512) therethrough. An elongated element (700) passes through the receptacles (216, 1220, 1312, 1412, 1512) in the lugs (204, 1214, 1310, 1410, 1510) to engage the lugs (204, 1214, 1310, 1410, 1510) and the shell, thereby securing the component to the shell when the lugs (204, 1214, 1310, 1410, 1510) are positioned within their respective recesses (212, 1216, 1314, 1414, 1420, 1514).
