Abstract: ABSTRACT LUBRICANT COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF The present invention relates to a lubricant composition comprising the following: at least one base oil, at least one multifunctional oxidation and rust inhibiting additive, least one anti-wear additive and extreme-pressure additive (AW/EP), and at least one defoamer and preparation method thereof. The lubricant composition provides sufficient lubricity, better anti-wear and loading capacity, poor foaming, in addition minimizes thermal weight loss. The lubricant composition is useful for metal casting, particularly aluminum billet casting.
