Abstract: A lower body stretching exercising assistive device comprising of a rectangular platform 101 positioned on a fixed surface installed with a rectangular plate 102 via a pair of telescopically operated links 103, a pair of straps 104 attached with the plate 102 for securing the strap 104 around foot of the user, a microphone 105 is attached with the plate 102 for receiving voice commands of the user regarding requirement of stretching of lower limbs, an imaging unit 107 installed on the plate 102 for capturing and processing multiple images of the user, respectively to monitor movement and posture of the user during stretches, multiple Peltier units 108 are housed inside pads provided on upper surface of the plate 102, to provide heating or cooling to the pads, a speaker 109 provided on the platform 101 to provide feedback to the user eliminating chances of injury and adjusting user’s body.
