Abstract: The present invention relates to a probiotic frozen product. Particularly, the present invention relates to low-fat frozen synbiotic yoghurt and a process for preparation thereof. The low-fat protein-rich frozen yoghurt of the present invention comprises a milk-based mixture, a probiotic agent, and a prebiotic agent. Further, the frozen yoghurt is a protein-rich, low-calorie, functional food which can be served on sticks.
