Abstract: ABSTRACT LOW-COST PORTABLE AUTOMATED CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION DEVICE WITH ADAPTIVE FORCE FEEDBACK CONTROL The present invention discloses low-cost, portable, automated cardiopulmonary resuscitation device (100) configured to deliver guideline-compliant chest compressions during cardiac arrest emergencies. The device (100) comprises structural support frame (110), a base plate (120) supported on height-adjustable foldable legs (130), an electric linear actuator (140) coupled with a medical-grade silicone compression pad (145), a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (150), an encoder-based adaptive force feedback module (155), a Human Machine Interface (HMI) (160), an emergency stop module (165), and a lithium-ion battery (170) integrated with a Battery Management System (175). The PLC (150) executes a PID control algorithm to maintain compression depth between 50–60 mm at 100–120 compressions per minute. The adaptive force feedback module (155) dynamically adjusts compression force according to patient-specific chest stiffness to ensure accurate and consistent compressions. The device (100) provides portable, battery-supported, hot-swappable operation with reduced manufacturing cost and compliance with applicable medical safety standards. [
