MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641083924 A) filed by Woxsen University on July 08, 2026, for Low-Cost Nitrogen Pressure Stabilizer For Sealed Containers Using Analog Triggered Micro-Blanketing System.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a nitrogen pressure stabilization system (100) for sealed containers subjected to temperature-induced pressure reduction. The system (100) comprises a refillable nitrogen cartridge (102), a mechanical differential pressure sensor (104), an analog trigger circuit (106), a micro-solenoid valve (108), and a portable housing assembly (110). The mechanical differential pressure sensor (104) detects reduction of internal container pressure below atmospheric pressure and activates the analog trigger circuit (106) to energize the micro-solenoid valve (108). Nitrogen gas from the refillable nitrogen cartridge (102) is thereby injected into the sealed container until atmospheric pressure equilibrium is restored. The system prevents inward deformation, oxygen ingress, moisture contamination, and oxidation without requiring microcontroller-based control or continuous monitoring, thereby providing a compact, low-cost, energy-efficient, and portable inert-gas pressure stabilization solution.
