Abstract: The present application provides a lithium-ion battery cell, a lithium-ion battery, and an electric device. The lithium-ion battery cell comprises a positive electrode sheet, a negative electrode sheet, and an electrolyte, wherein the positive electrode sheet comprises a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode active layer located on at least one surface of the positive electrode current collector, the positive electrode active material of the positive electrode active layer comprising a lithium-containing phosphate; the negative electrode sheet comprises a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active layer located on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector, and the negative electrode active material of the negative electrode active layer comprises a silicon-carbon composite material, which silicon-carbon composite material comprises a silicon material and a carbon material, with the silicon material being distributed within the carbon material or the carbon material being distributed within the silicon material; and in the electrolyte, the mass percentage of fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC) in the electrolyte is less than or equal to 10%. In the lithium-ion battery cell, the lithium-containing phosphate, the silicon material, and FEC can be effectively compatible, such that the lithium-ion battery can balance both a higher energy density and better cycle performance.
