The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a liquid-cooling server cassette for removable docking with a high-power computing board in a server chassis. The cassette comprises a cassette frame having guide ribs, a cold plate for contacting a heat-generating processor package, coolant inlet and outlet connectors mounted on floating seal seats, dual-stage self-sealing valves, a cam-lock compression frame, a valve-opening member, a leak-capture groove, and a secondary latch. Movement of a cam-lock handle first aligns and seats the cassette, then applies controlled compression between the cold plate and the processor package, and thereafter opens the coolant valves only after the required compression is reached. The secondary latch prevents cassette removal until the valves are closed. The cassette thereby reduces coolant leakage, improves thermal contact, accommodates connector misalignment, and supports field replacement without draining the cooling loop.
