Abstract: The present invention relates to a stable pharmaceutical composition comprising valbenazine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts or derivatives thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for the treatment of patients suffering from tardive dyskinesia, and chorea associated with Huntington disease. The invention further relates to oral liquid stable compositions of valbenazine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts or derivatives thereof. These compositions demonstrate stability throughout both the manufacturing process and their shelf life. Oral liquid compositions of the present invention are advantageous due to their straightforward manufacturing process and consistent functionality. Furthermore, the said liquid oral compositions are designed to provide a pleasant taste, thereby promoting better patient compliance and facilitating administration. The compositions of the present invention are suitable to administer via nasogastric, gastrostomy, or other enteral tubes.
