Abstract: The present invention relates to a liposome containing semaglutide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a pharmaceutical composition comprising same, and a method for preparing same. Semaglutide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which usually exhibits low absorption, can be encapsulated within the liposome, thereby enhancing the absorption rate thereof. In addition, the liposome comprising semaglutide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof can exhibit excellent effects in regulating blood glucose and preventing and treating obesity by increasing bioavailability. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for preparing liposomes containing semaglutide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof that are uniform in size and exhibit an excellent encapsulation rate and excellent stability.
