Abstract: The present invention relates to a non-contact transport system for controlled movement of objects without direct mechanical contact between the transporting mechanism and the object. The system comprises a sensing unit, a signal-processing and control unit, and a non-contact actuation unit configured to detect, monitor, and transport an object along a predetermined path. The sensing unit identifies the position and movement of the object and provides corresponding feedback signals to the controller. The controller processes the feedback information and generates appropriate control commands for regulating the actuation unit. The actuation unit produces a controlled force capable of moving, positioning, or stabilizing the object without requiring physical contact. Continuous feedback enables accurate tracking and adjustment of the object's position during transportation. The proposed system minimizes friction, mechanical wear, surface damage, contamination, and deformation associated with conventional contact-based conveying mechanisms. The system can therefore be utilized for handling delicate, fragile, sensitive, or contamination-prone objects in automated manufacturing, packaging, inspection, laboratory, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and other industrial applications. The invention provides a reliable, flexible, and automated approach for achieving controlled non-contact transportation while improving operational efficiency, object safety, and system adaptability.
