Abstract: ABSTRACT Lime-Stabilized Floral Waste Reinforced Clay Composite Panel with Staggered Cavity Geometry for Passive Cooling. The invention relates to a climate- responsive monolithic clay composite panel for passive thermal insulation, ventilation, and daylight modulation. The panel comprises natural clay, sand, hydrated lime, processed floral waste fibers, and water, wherein the fibers create internal discontinuities, micro-pores, and micro-air cavities within the composite body. An engineered staggered perforation architecture extends through the full panel thickness between front and rear surfaces and comprises openings surrounded by solid web portions. The openings are arranged in staggered rows with an optimized void-to-solid ratio of about 0.11 to interrupt direct conductive heat-transfer pathways while defining passive airflow channels, thermal resistance cavities, and daylight modulation openings. The panel is suitable for façades, ventilated wall systems, double-skin envelopes, partitions, passive cooling walls, and courtyard screens.
