Abstract: The present invention relates to a lightweight vision-assisted multi-terrain smart wheelchair comprising a lightweight structural frame assembly (101), a hybrid wheel and adaptive traction system (102), an intelligent vision and sensor module (103), an autonomous braking and speed control unit (104), a standing assist and posture 10 stabilization mechanism (105), a restroom mobility transformation module (106), a modular battery and power management unit (107), and an electronic control unit with intelligent processing (108). The intelligent vision and sensor module (103) continuously detects environmental conditions and transmits sensing information to the electronic control unit (108). The electronic control unit (108) controls the hybrid 15 wheel and adaptive traction system (102) to improve traction according to detected terrain conditions and actuates the autonomous braking and speed control unit (104) to regulate wheelchair movement. The standing assist and posture stabilization mechanism (105) enables controlled transition between seated and standing positions while maintaining user stability. The restroom mobility transformation module (106) 20 improves accessibility within confined spaces without affecting operational safety. The modular battery and power management unit (107) supplies electrical power to all integrated assemblies for coordinated operation. The integrated configuration provides enhanced mobility, intelligent navigation, rehabilitation support, adaptive terrain response, and improved user safety within a single assistive mobility platform.
