Abstract: Title: LIGHTWEIGHT INTERLOCKING COMPOSITE BLOCK USING NATURAL 5 FIBRES This invention relates to a lightweight interlocking composite block using natural fibres. It typically includes an Ordinary Portland Cement (1), a Chemically Passivated Natural Plant Fibers (2), a Sodium Hydroxide (5% NaOH) Solution (3), a Light Coarse Aggregate Blend (4), a Fine Manufactured Sand (5), a Potable Mixing Water (6), a 1.0 Water-Reducing Chemical Agents (7), an Oscillating Mechanical Sieving Grid (8), a High-Tolerance Custom Steel Moulds (9), and a Multi-Axis Vibratory and 12 MPa Hydraulic Pressing System (10). This sustainable masonry block slashes building dead weight by 35% and eliminates traditional wet mortar using precision self-locking profiles, while its passivated natural fiber network delivers exceptional seismic ductility 15 and crack resistance. Ideally engineered for rapid affordable housing, modular disaster relief shelters, interior partitions in high-rises, and net-zero green developments, this block accelerates construction timelines without needing water or wet mortar.
