The light emitting display device incldues a substrate (110) including a first area and a second area; a driving element layer (220) on the substrate (110); a light emitting element layer (330) including a planarization layer (PL) on the driving element layer (220) and a plurality of light emitting diodes (OLE) on the planarization layer (PL), wherein the planarization layer (PL) includes an uneven structure disposed on the second area, wherein each of the plurality of light emitting diodes (OLE) includes a first electrode, an emission layer (EL) and a second electrode, wherein the first electrode of at least one of the plurality of light emitting diodes (OLE) has an uneven surface corresponding to the uneven structure, and wherein the uneven structure includes a protruding structure.
