The substrate (110) includes a plurality of pixels (P). The driving element layer is disposed on the substrate (110). The first planarization layer (PL1) is disposed on the driving element layer. the second planarization layer (PL2) is disposed within each pixel on the first planarization layer (PL1). The anode electrode (ANO) is disposed on the second planarization layer (PL2). The emission layer (EL) is disposed on the first planarization layer (PL1), the second planarization layer (PL2) and the anode electrode (ANO).
