Abstract: Households commonly maintain numerous product purchase invoices, warranty cards, and service records, in „physical -form, rendering, them -susceptible-to— loss,27dgmagerandififqiliFeTtielit, resulting in missed warranty claims and product servicing. Existing digital solutions provide only isolated functionalities such as document scanning or generic reminders, without an integrated, AI-driven mechanism tailored to household product and warranty management. The proposed LifeVault Al system addresses these challenges by enabling users to capture purchase bills via smartphone camera, automatically extracting product and warranty information using an AI-based OCR engine, and securely storing associated documents within a centralized cloud repository. The system generates customizable reminders for warranty expiry, consumable expiry, and preventive maintenance, provides secure family sharing, assigns unique QR codes for instant product retrieval, and offers an AI-powered virtual assistant for natural language queries. By integrating automated bill scanning, warranty management, intelligent reminders, secure document storage, QR code technology, and Al powered assistance within a scalable mobile application architecture, the proposed invention simplifies household product management and reduces the risk of lost documents and missed service schedules.
