Abstract: A lens frame cleaning and sterilization device, comprises a base platform 101 configured to allow a user to position a lens frame for cleaning and sterilization, a dual-axis gantry frame 102 to support and precisely position an inspection unit to scan and assess cleanliness levels of the positioned lens frame, a soap solution storage reservoir 104 connected to a plurality of dispensing nozzles 105 via a network of conduits 106 to controllably dispense soap solution onto the lens frame, an articulated arm 107 mounted on the gantry frame 102 and coupled to a C-shaped clamping unit 108 equipped with compliant cleaning pads 109 for targeted lens cleaning, a dual- segmented articulated extendable bar 113 mounted on a guide rail 114 to position an attached cleaning module for rinsing, and a plurality of ultraviolet sterilization light sources 110 configured to disinfect the entire lens frame surface upon cleaning cycle completion.
