Abstract: This invention seeks to develop a disaster preparedness learning system that integrates various aspects of disaster preparedness — including alerts from authentic sources such as the National Disaster Management Authority and the India Meteorological Department — together with training and institutional aspects of disaster preparedness, all within a single digital environment. While existing platforms such as the SACHET Portal focus solely on disseminating alerts, the proposed invention converts these alerts into active learning tools, including game simulations, quizzes, and corrective training loops via Unity WebGL modules. A hierarchical governance structure is established for proper credential management and monitoring by various levels of administrators, including district administrators, regional administrators, educational institutions, and parents, while training performance is recorded and analyzed to generate preparedness metrics and readiness analytics. Thus, the invention bridges the gap between merely disseminating alerts and actual disaster preparedness learning, creating a unified, scalable, and measurable ecosystem for strengthening disaster preparedness in educational environments.
