Abstract: The present invention relates to a three-dimensional (3D) color-enhanced printing system for the fabrication of patient-specific maxillofacial prostheses. The system comprises a build platform, a thermopolymer extrusion assembly, a multi-cartridge color dispensing assembly, a transparent polymer dispensing assembly, a multi-axis positioning mechanism, a control unit, and integrated heating and cooling modules. The control unit processes three-dimensional facial scan data and patient-specific color mapping information to synchronize thermopolymer deposition, intrinsic pigment application, transparent polymer layering, and thermal management on a layer- by-layer basis. The integrated printing process enables simultaneous structural fabrication and realistic skin-tone reproduction, eliminating extensive manual coloring and reducing post-processing requirements. The invention improves prosthesis accuracy, esthetics, reproducibility, durability, and manufacturing efficiency while providing customized maxillofacial prostheses with enhanced color fidelity, translucency, and mechanical strength suitable for clinical rehabilitation.
