Abstract: A transparent laundry bottle which is suitable to hold 0.2 to 5 L of liquid laundry detergent, and which comprises a liquid laundry detergent, wherein the bottle comprises a bottle body formed of transparent plastic material and one or more labels, wherein the plastic material of the bottle comprises at least 70 wt.%, based on the total weight of the plastic of polyethylene terephthalate (PET); and wherein the liquid laundry detergent comprises surfactant and a dye; and wherein the bottle body comprises: a bottom wall providing a base structure for supporting the bottle in an upright position; and a top orifice suitable to be closed by a cap; and one or more side walls extending from the bottom wall to the top-orifice, and wherein the bottle, when positioned upright on a horizontal flat surface provides a front-view wall, a rear- view wall and two side-view walls, wherein one or more grooves and/or ridges circumference a continuous smooth plane on the front-view wall of the bottle, wherein the surface area of said smooth front plane is at least 50 % of the total front-view wall surface area of the bottle; and wherein the continuous smooth plane comprises a label; and wherein, at least 70 % of the front-view wall area is covered by the one or more grooves and/or ridges and the label on the continuous smooth front-plane.
