Abstract: A lateral parking assistive device for four-wheeler vehicles, a platform 101 developed to be positioned underneath rear portion of chassis of a four-wheeler vehicle, a computing unit installed with a user-interface is wirelessly linked with device for enabling a user to give input commands, a pair of C-shaped motorized clamps 102 configured with platform 101 for gripping hooks in view of securing platform 101 with chassis, an imaging unit 103 detects width of chassis, a set of hydraulic bars 104 configured with plurality of omnidirectional wheels 105, to extend for positioning wheels 105 in contact with ground surface, a motorized slider arranged with each of bars 104 to translate over a guiding rail crafted over platform 101, a BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) motor 111 to provide lateral movement to platform 101, and a laser projection unit 106 projects a laser beam to notify individuals in surroundings regarding motion of vehicle.
