Abstract: The present invention relates to a lateral flow analysis system comprising: a lateral flow analysis device including a housing, a cartridge guide that supports a cartridge inside the housing in order to accommodate, inside the housing, the cartridge including a sample for lateral flow analysis, a light source for irradiating light of a predetermined wavelength band toward an inspection area of the cartridge accommodated in the cartridge guide, an optical sensor provided to face the light source in order to receive signal light generated in the inspection area of the cartridge because of the light irradiated from the light source, and a central processing unit for converting the signal light received by the optical sensor into data and analyzing same; a strip having the sample for lateral flow analysis; and the cartridge including a light-transmitting unit that is opened in correspondence to the inspection area such that the light irradiated from the light source can be irradiated onto the sample of the strip when the strip is accommodated therein.
