Abstract: The present invention relates to a laser output device. The laser output device comprises: a barrel which is open at both ends and in which the inner surface is a polished surface; a laser medium unit accommodated in the barrel; a first laser mirror unit and a second laser mirror unit respectively positioned at both ends of the laser medium unit; and a lamp unit accommodated in the barrel and spaced apart from the laser medium unit, wherein the surface roughness of the polished surface is smaller than the surface roughness of the outer surface of the barrel.
