The application for the patent was published on August 21, 2026, under issue no. 34/2026.
Abstract: Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (Cl/CD) pipelines play a vital role in modem software development by automating code integration, testing, and deployment. However, pipeline failures caused by dependency conflicts, configuration errors, and infrastructure issues require extensive manual debugging. This invention presents an LLM-Guided Self-Healing CL/CD Pipeline System that integrates Large Language Models with DevOps automation to detect failures, analyze pipeline logs, identify root causes, and automatically execute corrective actions. The proposed framework performs intelligent recovery through dependency correction, configuration repair, service restart, rollback, and pipeline re-execution. Experimental evaluation demonstrates improved deployment reliability, reduced Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR), minimized manual intervention, and enhanced software delivery efficiency, providing a scalable and autonomous solution for enterprise CL/CD environments.
