Abstract: The present invention relates to LAMP² (Legal Analytics Model for Prediction and Prescription), India's first domain-specific fine-tuned Large Language Model (LLM) designed to assist victims of domestic violence under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (PWDVA), 2005. LAMP² is trained on a structured legal dataset, PROTECT-JC (Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Judgments Corpus), making it the first AI model in India capable of legal outcome prediction and prescriptive analytics for domestic violence cases. The invention leverages predictive analytics to assess the likelihood of success for legal remedies based on historical case data and judicial trends. Additionally, it incorporates prescriptive decision optimization, providing AI-driven recommendations on legal actions such as pursuing litigation, mediation, or alternative dispute resolution. The system features SWATI, India's first AI-driven legal chatbot, offering survivors human-like interaction and real-time legal assistance in understanding their rights and available legal remedies. By integrating machine learning-based legal predictions and prescriptive legal decision-making, LAMP² represents a first-of-its-kind innovation in India's legal landscape, enhancing access to justice through AI-driven legal analytics and empowering domestic violence victims with instant, informed, and actionable legal insights.
