Abstract: Title: Lab-on-Skin Electrochemical Sweat Diagnostic System with Dynamic Sampling Control and Multi-Channel RF Communication Interface Abstract The present invention relates to a wearable bioanalytical diagnostic platform configured for non invasive physiological monitoring through human sweat analysis. The invention comprises a flexible skin-conformal substrate integrated with a microfluidic sweat collection network, an electrochemical sensing array, a dynamic sampling control unit, and a multi-channel radio frequency communication interface. The microfluidic network continuously collects sweat from the skin surface and directs the fluid to multiple sensing chambers. The electrochemical sensing array measures one or more biomarkers including electrolytes, pH, glucose, lactate, cortisol, uric acid, and hydration-related parameters. The dynamic sampling control unit regulates sweat acquisition intervals and fluid routing based on sweat generation rate and sensor response characteristics. The multi-channel RF communication interface enables simultaneous transmission of physiological data to external monitoring devices through multiple communication pathways. The system provides real-time health monitoring, minimizes sample contamination, improves analytical accuracy, and enhances user comfort.
