Abstract: A key holding device, comprises of a rectangular plate 101 segregated into a set of sections capable of folding over one another via plurality of hinges 111, each of the section is installed with a C-shaped member 102 for holding different keys, multiple laser sensors arranged with each of the members 102 for detecting dimensions of head of the keys, multiple pin joints configured between the units for tilting the units towards/away from each other, a microphone 105 positioned on the plate 101 for enabling the user to give voice commands for opening a door in front of the user, an imaging unit 107 mounted on the plate 101 for detecting successful alignment of the key in front of the key hole, and a ball and socket joint 108 configured between the member 102 and link 103 to rotate the member 102 along with the key to open the door.
