Abstract: ABSTRACT KAKVI BASED FERMENTED BEVERAGE AND RELATED METHOD The present invention relates to a kakvi-based fermented beverage and a method thereof, and more particularly, relates to a beverage utilizing controlled fermentation of liquid jaggery to produce a unique wine. The mixture is then inoculated with Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast and fermented under controlled conditions to convert sugars into alcohol. After fermentation, the liquid is aged in suitable containers to develop flavor complexity. The final product is packaged in sanitized containers, resulting in a beverage with an alcohol content ranging from 8-12% ABV.
