Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a junction box assembly (200) for a vehicle. The junction box assembly (200) includes a housing (202), a connector pin (210) and a lid (214). The housing (202) includes a cavity (204) and ports (206-1, 206-2, 206-3). The ports (206-1, 206-2, 206-3) are configured to receive electrical connectors (208). The connector pin (210) is connected to the electrical connectors (208) to establish electrical connections in the vehicle. The electrical connectors (208) pass through each of the ports (206-1, 206-2, 206-3) to connect with the connector pin (210) via a pathway (212), for establishing the electrical connections. The lid (214) includes a hinge mechanism (216) and a locking mechanism (218) to securely close the housing (202) of the junction box assembly (200). Therefore, the junction box assembly (200) provides efficient electrical connectivity and reliable power distribution within the vehicle.
