Abstract: A jumping exercise performance assistive device with adaptive stability and coaching, comprising a platform 101 configured with an elongated T-shaped handle 102 positioned centrally, to be gripped by user, a pair of flaps 103 fabricated with an anti-slip layer for allowing the user to securely accommodate the user’s feet for performing a jumping exercise, an imaging unit 104 installed on the platform 101 for capturing and processing multiple images of the user to detect height of the user, a vertical portion of the handle 102, for extending to adjust size of the handle 102 to enable proper gripping by the user to jump over the platform 101, an elastic band 107 is integrated in between the bar 106 and rod 105, to provide adaptive bounce and support during the jumping, for muscles and skill development of the user, a vibrating unit mapped on handle 102 for producing haptic vibrations.
