The insert (6) is displaceable and/or compressible along its main direction (A). The cavities (3) and the protrusions (5) are configured to cooperate with each other for locking the first (1 ) and second (2) joinery components to each other in a first direction (D1 ) and the recess (4) and the insert (6) are configured to cooperate with each other for locking the first (1 ) and second (2) joinery components to each other in a second direction (D2). The insert (6) comprises a retaining member (7) comprising at least one projection (8). The retaining member (7) is configured to cooperate with the recess (4) and/or an insert groove (9) in a locked state.
