The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: An offline-first integrated system for rural health surveying, biomedical sensing, and longitudinal health monitoring is disclosed. The system connects a surveyor, a doctor, and a patient around a single, uniquely identified patient record. It is designed for field environments where network connectivity is intermittent, weak, or unavailable. A surveyor application registers a patient, assigns a unique patient identifier, and administers a structured digital health survey. A biomedical sensing module provides values of heart rate, Sp02, body temperature, and ECG, which are linked to the patient's record. All survey responses and measurements are stored locally on the device when network connectivity is unavailable, so field work continues without interruption. When connectivity is restored, a synchronization module transmits the locally stored data to a backend server without re-entry. The backend server adds the data to the patient record, which accumulates chronologically across successive visits, whether made by the same or different surveyors. Role-based interfaces allow a doctor to review the synchronized record as supporting information for clinical assessment, and allow each patient to view only their own record. The biomedical values may be simulated or acquired by a portable embedded sensing unit. The system organizes and presents health information for review and does not produce automated diagnoses.
