Abstract: ABSTRACT JCE Flow Smart Accordingly, embodiments herein disclose that the present invention introduces an advanced water flow sensor, designed for enhanced accuracy, durability, and energy efficiency. Utilizing a high-resolution Hall effect sensor, the device precisely measures flow rates, including low-speed water movements, overcoming limitations of traditional impeller-based sensors. The sensor integrates corrosion-resistant materials, digital signal processing (DSP) for stable measurements, and a protective filtering mechanism to prevent debris interference. A built-in temperature compensation system ensures reliable operation in extreme environments up to 150°C. Additionally, low-power electronics and an ultra-low power mode optimize energy consumption, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. With a modular and compact design, the sensor facilitates easy installation and maintenance, making it suitable for diverse industrial and domestic applications.
