MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621056918 A) filed by Indus Aluminium Recyclers Limited on May 05, 2026, for Jacket For Using Container For Packaging Of Electrical Wires.

Inventor includes Indus Aluminium Recyclers Limited.

The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to invention of plastic jacket for plastic container because of which using plastic containers for packaging electrical wires could become possible. The invention of plastic jacket was essential to make reuseable plastic containers a practical choice for packaging of electrical wires. The jacket is made from a reusable and recyclable plastic material and now because of this plastic jacket plastic containers can be used to offer a sustainable alternative to conventional paper-based carton packaging commonly used in the electrical cable industry, which is typically discarded after a single use. The plastic jacket in the plastic container can securely house coiled electrical wire and includes a controlled dispensing mechanism that enables smooth and tangle- free withdrawal of the cable during installation. The structural design of the jacket prevents cable entanglement, reduces material damage, and enhances ease of use for installers. Additionally, the durable containers provide improved protection against moisture, impact, and environmental factors compared to traditional packaging. This invention promotes sustainability, reusability, and efficient cable management, making it suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical applications, while representing a novel advancement in cable packaging solutions in the World.
