Abstract: ABSTRACT ISOLATING HIGH VOLTAGE & LOW VOLTAGE SECTION, SERVICEABILITY OF BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The present invention discloses an Electric Vehicle (EV) battery pack (300), comprising a sealed multi- compartment enclosure (310) that physically separates High Voltage (HV) (306) and Low Voltage (LV) (302) sections using a thermally conductive partition wall (308). The HV section (306) includes a battery module (102) for HV DC output and an adjacent Power Distribution Unit (PDU) (304). The LV section (302) includes a readily accessible first compartment with a removable cover, positioned at a front access above the HV section, housing a Battery Management System (BMS) (208), and a second compartment for a LowPower DC-DC Converter. This design enhances safety by providing critical electrical isolation, improves serviceability through dedicated BMS access, and optimizes performance via efficient thermal management facilitated by the partition wall (308) between the battery module (102) and the BMS (208).
