Abstract: The current invention describes granules comprises of a core containing Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) and a Vitamin-mineral premix comprising of a Vitamin B12, Ferric pyrophosphate and a Folic acid which can be used for fortification of foods and the process for preparation thereof. The invention further deals with iron fortified biscuits and the process for preparation thereof.
