The IoT-Enabled Wearable Knee Movement Tracking and Rehabilitation Framework deploys dual MPU-9250 9-axis IMUs on adjustable knee brace segments with Madgwick filter sensor fusion to compute knee flexion-extension, varus-valgus, and tibial rotation kinematics at 100 Hz with ±1° accuracy. An LSTM network classifies 12 rehabilitation exercise types and scores execution quality against reference motion envelopes. Multi-modal biofeedback through visual, auditory, and haptic channels provides real-time corrective guidance. A cloud platform delivers remote therapist monitoring of compliance, ROM progression, and movement quality, with remote protocol adjustment capability. Automated progress reports enable outcome-based orthopedic rehabilitation management for post- surgical and conservative knee injury recovery.
