Abstract: IoT-Enabled Voice-Assisted Multi-User Medicine Reminder Hub with Integrated Hydration and Remote Caregiver Monitoring The invention relates to an IoT-enabled medication-management hub combining physical medicine storage, integrated hydration support, local scheduling, personalized voice reminders and remote caregiver monitoring. The hub includes an inverted transparent medicine bottle (10), a side-attached multi-compartment pill organizer (30), an integrated water chamber (40), and a central electronic control unit (20) with a microcontroller, Real-Time Clock module (57), wireless communication function (56), memory, speaker unit (26), visual indicator (58), rechargeable battery (52), and charging port (54). A mobile application (60) maintains multiple user profiles, medication schedules, digital compartment labels and personalized voice reminder files. At a scheduled event, the hub activates voice and visual reminders; opening of the medicine bottle (10) is detected by a cap-opening sensor (12), terminating the reminder, recording medication access, and enabling caregiver notification. Local RTC operation supports scheduling during temporary network unavailability.
