Abstract: The invention relates to an IoT-enabled smart parcel locker, referred to as Locker Link, designed to securely receive and store parcels when customers are unavailable. The locker includes an enclosure having an electronics compartment and a storage compartment with a hinged door secured by an electromagnetic lock. An ESP32 microcontroller controls the locking mechanism through a relay module, while a reed switch detects the door status. A LiDAR sensor detects the presence and placement of a parcel within the storage compartment. A stepper motor, lead screw, guide rod, and movable plate form a motorized transfer mechanism that shifts a received parcel from a first storage slot to a second slot, thereby freeing the first slot for subsequent deliveries through the same access door. A GPS receiver and buzzer provide anti-theft protection. An LCD, QR-code panel, and camera module support user interaction and monitoring. A role-based application enables remote control, status monitoring, and notifications through Wi-Fi connectivity.
